Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return

- If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.
- Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement product.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to a 20-day cooling-off period, during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility requirements: unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
